This guitar is #76 of just 200 produced, finished in a striking Emerald Green “alien burst”—personally nicknamed by Paul Reed Smith for the otherworldly figure that seems to emerge when the body is viewed from the right angle. This distinctive visual effect is further underscored by the signed backplate that accompanies the guitar, where Paul himself alludes to the phenomenon.

A semi-hollow 22-style, this guitar features a beautifully figured carved maple top over a South American mahogany back, delivering the balanced tonal response and visual elegance that define PRS’s finest instruments. The mahogany neck, which features a Wide Fat profile, is paired with an ebony fretboard, adorned with engraved abalone bird inlays and topped with the iconic 10th Anniversary eagle headstock, creating a refined and unmistakable aesthetic.

This example is essentially a one-owner instrument, originally purchased by one brother before passing to another, and has seen only minimal playing time over its life. It is exceptionally clean and well-preserved, with wear mostly limited to the metal hardware.
