1957 Gibson Les Paul Special – TV Yellow

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1957 Gibson Les Paul Special in TV Yellow.

This TV Yellow, or limed mahogany Special is just that, Special. In wonderful original condition this Special sounds and plays great.

Originally made for artists who were playing on Television, the limed finish was intended to be less reflective of light and thus a better choice for one those who were playing on TV, hence the name.

This one from 1957 is in very nice shape but the real story is the tone, with its two screaming P-90s, this guitar is versatile for almost any style of music.

This Les Special is accompanied by an aftermarket Lifton hardshell case.
