Custom T-Style Partscaster

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this Custom T-style Partscaster.

This homage to the Telecaster is built around a bound, ash body in three-tone sunburst. It features a substantial, U-shaped maple neck that delivers the feel and authority of a true early-1950s profile.

Electronically, this partscaster is fitted with a matched set of Jonesy Blues pickups, including a 1950B bridge pickup and Kalamazoo-style neck pickup, both dated 2021. Together, they provide an expressive range of traditional T-style tones, from cutting bridge bite and dynamic twang to Keef-ish warm, rounded neck textures with impressive clarity and touch sensitivity. Premium supporting electronics include CTS and RS Guitarworks pots, CRL switching, and multiple high-quality capacitors mounted within a custom-routed control cavity designed to accommodate expanded wiring options.

Additional character comes in the form of a slightly bent switch tip assembly in the spirit of Danny Gatton’s famously modified Telecasters, lending the guitar a subtle touch of road-worn personality. A side-routed wiring channel is also present, likely related to prior experimental wiring modifications, though its exact original purpose remains unknown.

Hardware appointments include a Kluson 6-saddle bridge for improved intonation accuracy alongside vintage-style Kluson Deluxe tuners that complement the instrument’s traditional aesthetic. 

This Custom T-style Partscaster is in excellent condition overall, with only one real blemish near the control plate (pictured). It has seen very limited playing time and presents as an exceptionally clean, professionally assembled example that successfully blends vintage feel, modern playability, and boutique-level component selection.
