For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom.

Black beauty? More like beast. Dressed to the nines with gold hardware, this '76 Les Paul Custom tries hard to come off refined and sophisticated, but it's not. What it is, is a pure tone monster begging to be let loose, so long as you supply the 100-watt Marshall.

It's worth noting that three-pickup LP Customs from this era are fairly rare. This one actually features three Seymour Duncan 59 Model humbuckers for a more vintage, Burst-inspired sound, although the owner retained the original patent pickups, as well as the cavity shielding and capacitors, which were replaced with NOS Sprague black beauties. Whether to take this LP back to stock or bask in that Duncan PAF glory, the choice is yours.

Otherwise, the guitar is all-original with its factory hardshell and it's in excellent condition. There's play-wear throughout, but nothing egregious in the way of dings, dents, or scratches. Certainly there are no breaks or cracks. On the tailpiece, there's some steel peeking through the plating, but it's modest and adds a touch of character.
