The SG was the heir apparent to the Gibson Les Paul and for several years in the 1960's it was at the top end of the Gibson solid body guitars. SGs gained popularity due to their outstanding tone and playability as well as its compact size and light weight.
The SG Standard was made famous by players like Dickey Betts and its tone are legendary.
This SG is in great shape and is all original, (we have the original Tremolo arm screw).
The color is still rich and the tone is really amazing!
Has the factory original Stinger black paint on the back of the headstock. All parts are 100% original, paint is strong and body has no breaks, repairs or stresses. Set up and ready to play, this SG sounds amazing!
