For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1964 Gibson B-25N.
This natural-top B-25 is in good condition for its age and is a solid player. It features a spruce top; a mahogany back, sides, and neck; a rosewood fretboard; and the original binding, pickguard, and Kluson Deluxe tuners. It has a rich, articulate tone that would suit any number of styles.
Our luthier replaced the original plastic bridge with one of hand-carved rosewood. During the work, he discovered that an earlier bridge repair resulted in a layer of top-wood being shaved down, so the new bridge sits slightly below the finished top rather than flush against it. He also plugged holes in the top and bridge plate from the original ADJ screws, fixed a back brace, made a bone saddle, and set up this B-25 with 12s.
The result is a fantastic vintage instrument at a player-friendly price, which comes with its original chipboard case.
