Refund policy

Garrett Park Guitars is aware that it's sometimes difficult to anticipate how one will respond to an instrument purchased remotely, so we offer a 48-hour approval period for any and all items purchased online or over the phone. This allows ample time to inspect and approve the purchase.

If an item is to be returned, verbal notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item. GPG then issues an return authorization, resulting in the carrier picking up the item. Upon notification, the item must be returned within seven (7) days.

Items should be carefully packed to prevent damage. The item should be returned in the same condition as it shipped.

Refunds cannot be processed in cash (online or in-store). Please provide a credit/debit card, Venmo, or PayPal account to receive your funds.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (both ways) and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Insurance claims that result from shipping damage are the shared responsibility of the customer and Garrett Park Guitars. The customer will be asked to save all packaging for the carrier’s representative to review as a part of the claims process.

Refunds that result from damage in shipping are issued from the carrier and may result in 2-3 +/- weeks to receive.
