GARRETT PARK GUITARS' RETURN POLICY
We are aware that guitars, amps, and basses are an individual choice, so we offer a 48-hour approval period for any item purchased online or over the phone. This allows each customer time to inspect and approve their purchase once it arrives. If an item is to be returned, verbal notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Upon notification, the item must be returned within seven days.
Items should be carefully packed to prevent damage. The item should be returned in the same condition and box as it shipped.
Refunds cannot be processed in cash. Please provide a debit/credit card, PayPal, or Venmo account to receive your funds.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount if not paid beforehand.
Insurance claims that result from shipping damage are the shared responsibility of the customer and Garrett Park Guitars. The customer will be asked to save all packaging for the carrier’s representative to review as a part of the claims process. Refunds that result from damage in shipping are issued by the carrier and may take two or more weeks to receive.

Any modifications that are made at the customers request to an existing item negate the 48-hour return policy. This refers to added pickups, bridge work, and other modifications that are done at the customer's request.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of the finalization of your order processing. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You may request to use any of the shipping services we use, but these shipping arrangements must be made prior to purchasing.

We do not require a signature delivery for packages that are less than $100.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. However, we will not sell your information to anyone, ever.
