This faithful recreation of Gibson's iconically iconic '58 Les Paul is a real beauty of a guitar.  The 'burst on this one harkens back to the heyday of the Sunset Strip, and when you pick it up, you're more or less compelled to play the opening riff to Mr. Brownstone.  This R8 has been well cared for, and its the mahogany body, maple top, and rosewood fretboard deliver the unmistakable tone you've been looking for - even unplugged.   However, when you plug this one, you feel the power of Gibson's PAF reissue 'Burstbucker pickups, that will take you anywhere from the bridge of Rocket Queen to a front row seat on the Nightrain.  This Gibson will arrive with the COA from Gibson's custom shop and is more ready to be played by you, and you'll love the way you sound on this Gibson.
