Kim Walker is considered in the top of all acoustic & archtop guitar builders in the entire universe. His guitars are all built entirely by hand in his shop in North Stonington Connecticut. His guitars are featured in the Chenery Collection as well as the Smithsonian. His list of clients include Eric Clapton and Brian May. Having been in the guitar business for over 30 years I am rarely bedazzled by guitars like I was with the two Walkers we just got. Each note is true and specific, and the tone is magnificent and touches your soul in a way that you would never expect without playing them. This particular 000 design features a magnificent Quilted Cuban Mahogany back and side, as well as a beautiful Adirondack Spruce Top with Snakewood Binding.
