For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1960 Fender Stratocaster.

This well-loved Stratocaster was used by Robbie Walsh in Noel Redding’s band. It is completely original and sounds fantastic. It has a wonderful feeling slab Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and the maple neck is worn in and is instantly playable. All of the electronics are original and the pickups are strong and soulful. It features a two-tone sunburst finish that is worn in and extremely attractive.

Comes with its original brown case.

From the previous owner...

"Rick- the guitar was in Binghamton N.Y. with the original owner until the early 1980’s when my friend Tim came upon it. He bought it then and did little with it,as he is a leftie acoustic player. In 1987, after teeing Robin Trower for the first time, I was moved to seek a Stratocaster. I had been using a 1960 Junior for a number of years and asked Tim about selling it to me. It did come here with Tim saying he wanted me to have it, feeling that this is where it belonged. When I was playing with my old friend Noel Redding, for a pair of tours  here in 1990, Tim saw us in Ithaca N.Y. with the Strat ,Tim said it more than warmed his heart. After that I had it on a few dates with Chubby Checker, in lieu of the Junior, which I always used with him and actually, I played it continually from 1987 until the Pandemic hit. That is it!  You can see and hear if, on YouTube if you look up Noel Redding’s Secret Freaks- a few numbers from the Ithaca date. Robbie Walsh"
