1967 Fender Mustang

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1967 Fender Mustang.

This Olympic White Mustang has seen minimal play, with minor dings on the back that don't break the finish and light checking throughout. The Oly white finish has aged into a Nicotine White, giving it some additional character in natural light. All components are stock, including the original case, bridge cover and tremolo arm.

Given the lack of playing time this has seen, it was set up to be fast with low action and a bridge cover that allows for a comfortable hand position without muting the strings. The neck pickup is surprisingly bass forward and has been lowered more than usual to compensate. With this in mind, the pickup selection options give a more dramatic sonic palatte than most Mustangs of this vintage. So feel free to raise it back up a bit and get your out-of-phase quack on.
