For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1966 Gibson Melody Maker in Cardinal Red.

With two Melody Maker single coils, and SG shaped body and the short Vibrola tremolo arm, this full featured student model shows little wear apart from a few dings and generous finish checking. The pickups and tone controls are all stock, with a wide range of sounds available from the combinations.

It is notable that this model features a light neck, so you don't have to worry about the SG neck dive issues prevalent on larger models.
