For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1963 Gibson Falcon GA-19RTV.

This 1963 Falcon is a fully original example, with its chassis (serial 770239) retaining factory transformers, circuitry, and speaker. The amp is equipped with a full complement of period-correct tubes—3 × 12AX7 preamp/reverb, 2 × 6V6GT power, and a 5Y3GT rectifier—driving a 12" Oxford. A modern grounded 3-prong power cord has been installed for safety.

Housed in a solid poplar cabinet with Gibson Crestline covering, it is cosmetically excellent, with minimal wear and a clean faceplate. Functionally, it delivers the Falcon’s signature warm, mellow, harmonically rich tone.

This amplifier is consigned to Garrett Park Guitars by the Paul Reed Smith Research & Development team. Paul and his R&D staff are always on the lookout for gear that simply plays and sounds great. The purpose of their research is to understand why certain examples of a familiar line exhibit exceptional tone, often purchasing them to study and dissect every detail. That pedigree bodes extremely well for the sonic character of this Falcon, which benefits from the discerning ears of one of the world’s most respected guitar designers and his team.

Please note: this amp is on consignment, so trades aren't advisable. Preference will be given to fee-free payment methods (cash, check, wire transfer, etc.)
