Gibson manufactured the original Epiphone Frontier in its Kalamazoo factory from 1958 until 1970. The Epiphone Frontier is a remarkable acoustic guitar celebrated for its distinctive sound and striking appearance.
This model features a beautifully crafted dreadnought body with a natural finish, providing a robust and powerful projection ideal for both strumming and fingerpicking. The solid Sitka spruce top offers clarity and brightness, complemented by its maple back and sides this an awesome overall tone. The back and sides feature a lovely highly figured maple construction.
One of the standout features of the Frontier is its unique cowboy motif, including vivid inlays on the fingerboard and an eye-catching pickguard design, which adds a touch of character and charm. Gibson made FT110 Frontier specs: 16 1/4" wide, 25 1/2" scale, 1 5/8" nut width, square shoulder dreadnought shape, maple back and sides with walnut finish, bound fingerboard, sloted block fingerboard inlays, natural spruce top, and gold plated parts.
