1965 Fender Mustang - Olympic White

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1965 Fender Mustang in Olympic White.

One of three that just arrived at GPG, this '65 Mustang is about as funky-fresh as it gets. Except for a newer tremolo arm, it's all-original, featuring a 24" scale and a much sought-after slab rosewood board. The Olympic White finish has aged beautifully and, although there's honest play-wear throughout, in general this guitar is in very good shape. Sonically, it tends toward bright, Fender-y tones, like a marriage between a Strat's quack and a Jag's glassiness, but it's capable of just about anything, from Bitches Brew-era John McLaughlin to full-out grunge a la Kurt Cobain. It comes with a non-original Fender hardshell case.
