This Cortez 860 is a perfect beginner guitar for someone who is just starting out. It is in great shape and plays very well considering it is nearly a 50-year-old guitar!  The action is OK considering this and sounds excellent.  It will eventually need a neck reset but is good for many years before it will need it. The wood has aged very nicely and you can hear how rich it sounds.  Ask for a demo video on this guitar!
