1954 Gibson ES-140

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1954 Gibson ES-140.

Just in is this beautiful example of a Gibson ES-140. What was marketed as a student model, this 3/4 scale guitar plays great and sounds even better despite its smaller size. The tuner buttons have been recently replaced by our in-house luthier but this guitar is all original otherwise. The single dog-ear P90 pickup offers a range of tonal options just between the tone and volume knobs. They sound especially nice through a Champ or similar low headroom amplifier. The neck profile is an interesting medium C; it's a similar ratio to the classic fat 50's Gibson necks but in a kid's size. Comes with an alligator case.
