For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1943 Gibson Banner LG-2

Just in is this 1943 Gibson Banner LG-2. We recently picked this guitar up along with a few other vintage Gibsons. This LG-2 has a Mahogany top, which is a bit rarer than spruce for the time. It has been over-sprayed with additional lacquer & it looks good, the bridge plate has been replaced, and there was a hole cut in the side of the guitar to possibly accommodate wiring for a pickup. It plays pretty well but may need a neck reset in the future. If you are looking for one of these, you probably know how awesome they sound. This guitar is a great piece for someone looking for a vintage LG-2 that can be restored into an amazing guitar. Comes with a hardshell case.
