The Harmony H35 "Batwing" mandolins are a very neat crossover of an electrified folk instrument. The non-traditional body shape is not a far stretch from a traditional F style mando, but the H35's lines are more in line with the times: Sharper corners, no elaborate scroll work, and a less-elegant, more aggressive pickguard. By adding a gold-foil pickup, this mandolin truly comes alive!
