2004 Gibson Custom Shop Less Paul

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 2004 Gibson Custom Shop Less Paul. 

No, that's not a typo. It's a custom shop "Less" Paul and it's a collector piece from Gibson.  Here's the scoop; "developed by Bruce Kunkel in 2001, offering a new profile for the Les Paul body with a half cutaway on the base side and a shortened horn on the treble cutaway. The neck is blended into the body, eliminating the heel. No heel, less weight."

The guitar's name is a cheeky reference to the fact that there's "less" mahogany, and indeed the slinky contours fit you like a glove. Gibson's Custom Shop rarely sells a prototype, making the Less Paul an extremely collectable guitar.
