The 1999 Gibson Custom Shop '59 Reissue 40th Anniversary is one of the most collectible of all the Historic Reissue Les Pauls. When purchased Gibson encouraged new owners to register their "burst" with them and once done they sent a brown Lifton reissue case & a Beauty of the Burst book. This guitar has it all, both cases, book, certificate and all paperwork that came with it. In addition to being a fabulous looking guitar, this guitar plays and sounds amazing. It was just purchased from a temperature & humidity controlled collection and its ready to be played. A true collector's items that looks and sounds amazing!
