1960 Fender Bassman Amp

For your consideration Garrett Park Guitars Presents this 1960 Fender Bassman Amplifier

The Fender Tweed Bassman is widely considered to be one of the best amps of all time. Originally conceived as a Bass amp, these were quickly chosen by guitar players for their amazing tone and headroom. 

This example has the mojo and the tone. It has its original circuit but has been serviced as follows: New power cord and strain relief, removed death cap, replaced power supply electrolytic (out of spec, some leaky), new screen resistors, added bias pot, all other electrolytic capacitors (had previously been replaced at an unknown time) new speaker wire. Overall cleaning - without any chemicals - of faceplate, chassis, and cabinet. 

The handle and speakers have been replaced, and the Realistic Speakers actually sound pretty good too.
