For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 2005 Froggy Bottom P-12 Deluxe.

Handcrafted in October 2005 by the legendary Michael Millard, who founded Froggy Bottom Guitars in 1970, this P-12 Deluxe is one of the boldest-sounding parlor guitars we’ve ever had at Garrett Park. With crisp, clear highs, a warm, inviting midrange, and a surprisingly powerful low end, this guitar can stand toe-to-toe with many dreadnoughts. The impeccable tonal balance is thanks to Millard’s selection of premium tonewoods: the tight-grained Adirondack spruce top offers exceptional resonance and brightness, while the rich Indian rosewood back and sides add depth and a robust low-mid punch.

Further enhancing the tone is the scalloped bracing, which provides a lighter, more flexible structure to maximize resonance and projection — this guitar can easily fill a room, and then some.

This P-12 Deluxe is 100% original and in excellent condition for its age, with no cracks or major issues. Currently strung with 12s, it plays effortlessly and shows no signs of needing a refret or neck reset. Cosmetically, it’s in very good shape, with only a few minor dings (mostly on the top, as pictured) and light playwear between the bridge and pickguard. Given its 20 years of age, it’s remarkable how well it’s been preserved.

It comes with a Hoffee Roadie hardshell fiberglass case, which rivals Calton in both durability and style, providing the perfect home for this extraordinary instrument.
