For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1967 Gibson ES-335TD in Sunburst, featuring the rare factory-installed Maestro tremolo.

This is an excellent example of a late-1960s Gibson ES-335 that has been exceptionally well preserved. The original Sunburst finish shows very little lacquer checking and minimal play-wear, making this a particularly clean example for its age. The guitar remains all-original, including the electronics, pickups, and hardware.

The ES-335 is equipped with its original pair of Gibson Patent Number humbuckers, both of which retain their original covers and sound fantastic. The pickups are very well balanced, with the bridge measuring 7.06KΩ and the neck 7.27KΩ. The original electronics remain intact as well.

The one-piece mahogany neck has a comfortable C-shaped profile that is notably substantial for a late-'60s ES-335, avoiding the particularly slim feel found on some examples from this period. The rare Maestro tremolo looks great and functions properly, and the guitar has never had another tremolo or tailpiece installed.

Most importantly, this ES-335 is a wonderful playing and sounding example. With its original Patent Number humbuckers, comfortable neck, and distinctive Maestro tremolo, it has all the character that makes these late-'60s ES-335s so appealing.

This ES-335 is accompanied by its original Gibson Victoria hardshell case with yellow lining.
