1976 Fender Champ

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1976 Fender Champ.

At about 5 watts, and with only Volume, Treble, and Bass controls, this '76 Champ is no-nonsense, fool-proof, and tons of fun! It's ideal for studio and small-room dates, but would be a great addition to any living room or jam pad. Cosmetically, it's in amazing shape, with minimal wear on the tolex. At some point, the original 8-inch speaker gave out and was replaced with a Warehouse G8C, which (after playing it all morning) seems like a tasteful choice that serves the Champ's tube complement well. The only other modification is the power cord, updated to a 3-prong plug. Our technician just serviced this amp, so it should be good to go for another forty-odd years.
