1938 Gibson L-50

Garrett Park Guitars

This guitar is in our Hall of Fame Collection and is no longer available for purchase.

For your consideration Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1938 Gibson L-50...

America was just about to enter the World War when this L-50 rolled out of Kalamazoo Michigan. This 78 year old is in fantastic condition for its age and it sounds wonderful. It features a 16" wide body, Spruce top, maple back and sides, rosewood bridge and fingerboard, and a pearl inlayed Gibson logo. It appears to have had a pickup mounted at one time and the pickguard may have been on and remoutned as well.
A wonderful playing and sounding pre war Gibson archtop in lovely condition.

Condition: VGC

Serial Number: DG-5346
