1970's Ovation Model 1617

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1970's Ovation Model 1617.

This 1970's Ovation sounds great! It is a one-owner guitar before us. Due to humidity and temperature changes over the years, this guitar has experienced some finish cracking along the edges near the binding. This does not affect the tone of the guitar. We have taken a photo of it so you can see it. Beyond that, there is a small crack near the bridge that extends into the body. It will eventually need a repair but is not affecting much right now. We will take photos of these issues so you can see them. For these issues, we have lowered the price to below what these have historically sold for. We are open to all reasonable offers.

Above all, it is an excellent-sounding guitar due to its size! It projects nice, has the original case, and the electronics are working perfectly. You can roll from high treble to high bass. For a guitar that is nearly fifty years old, it's a really special one.
