1959 Fender Esquire

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1959 Fender Esquire / Telecaster.

 Showing off its natural grain more so than most blonde guitars of the era, this '58 Esquire has been around the block and back. It has had a refret and a neck pickup added in addition to modern Tele wiring making for a lightweight, easy-playing guitar. The remaining finish shows the initials RF on the upper left horn and there are signs that the input jack cup was moved up the side of the body before being restored to its original position. 

Despite all the work its had over the years, this Esquire oozes mojo and tone. The pickups haven't lost their sparkle with excellent treble tones from the bridge and a smooth, silky neck pickup. The neck sports a very comfortable C shape that is just a bit more svelte than a medium-thick neck. Weighing in at 5lb 13oz, this Esquire is sure to bring a smile to your face.
